What is an escape room?

You have 60 minutes to find clues, crack codes, solve brain teasers, and complete puzzles in order to fulfill your mission! The Exit Games is built to give individuals a step outside of reality and into an immersive, real-life puzzle. The clock is ticking and don't forget, every second counts!
What is the price?

The cost per person is $32 before tax. With all experiences being private, our pricing tier is included below. Also check out our social media pages for promotions and discounts! 2 players - $48/pp 3+ players - $32/pp
How many players can participate?

Dog Gone Alley: 2-5 players Front Street Casino Heist: 2-7 players White Rabbit Society: 2-8 players Hidden Needle Tattoo Parlor: 2-6 players For larger groups, or corporate events, please call ahead so we can arrange to accommodate everyone the best we can!
Is there an age limit?

Our adventures are suitable for all ages! Please note that anyone under the age of 12 must be under adult supervision in the experience. Hidden Needle Tattoo Parlor * Parental Discretion Advised * This is a family-friendly adventure. However, this environment contains vintage Pinup flash tattoo art.
When should I arrive?

Groups are required to arrive strictly 15 minutes PRIOR to your scheduled booking time to allow time for briefing. If you arrive after the start time of your reservation, unfortunately, you will may be granted your full allotted time for the mission.
What if I need to change/cancel a booking?

Our team will always do our best to accommodate! Changes may be made to your reservation only with a 48-HOUR notice of your reserved time slot at which point we can reschedule you to an alternate date or time in the event of unforeseen circumstances. However, there are no refunds or cancellations.
Is The Exit Games accessible?

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS Front Street Location: The historic building in which we reside has two small steps at the entrance. From there, guests have access to an elevator to reach out second floor. All adventures at this facility allow for wheelchair access. With the smaller nature of the experience, Dog Gone Alley is suitable for one wheelchair user per group. Princess Street Location: Unfortunately, due to our venue being up two flights of stairs with no elevator, we regret to say that there is no wheelchair access at our Princess Street Location. We appreciate that not all access needs relate to wheelchairs so if you have any specific questions, please do contact us at (910) 833-5881.
Can our group play alone?

Absolutely! All of our adventures are always PRIVATE!
Can my group make a reservation but pay separately?

Yes! In order to make your reservation, we will have to hold a member of your party's credit card information on file. This not only holds your spots, but it also adheres to our no-refund/no-cancellation policy. Your card will not be charged to hold the reservation, but in the instance that your party does not arrive to your reservation, the card WILL be charged. Upon arrival at our facility, we will delete the credit card information on hold and can take as many separate payments as necessary. ** This option is not available for the last time slots of the evening ** To pay separately, please call us at (910) 833-5881.
I'm attempting to use a gift voucher but it won't accept my voucher code?

To redeem a gift voucher, input your voucher code at checkout or visit our Gift Card page and select Redeem. The system will not allow you to reserve online for more participants than your gift voucher credit will cover (ex: you are looking to book for 5 players and your gift voucher is for 3 players). To reserve for more players than your voucher credit will cover, please call us at (910) 833-5881 and we will create your reservation for you!
